flew down to FL to spend sometime with some good friends in order to send kirk off to marital bliss in style. among the activities was an afternoon ball game between the phillies and the yankees. love the spring training baseball, just a great atmosphere and filled with fans who just love the game. enjoy the pics.

this picture is a repost for me. it is from a trip to mountain high last year, but it highlights a point i really noticed while in both colorado and utah. bottom line, there are way too many people trying to "go pro". i understand it is really fun to watch all the hours of footage from your killer day lapping the resort, but seriously do you watch that much of your own riding to justify having a camera mounted to your head? even better question, what are you doing with this footage? are you that good that watching your own run is way better then say watching a legit professional in a legit professionally filmed movie? are you critiquing your own riding? looking for errors in lines, looking to improve? beats me... all i am worried about is a internet meltdown crash due to the increasing uploading of go pro videos, if i am not able to watch funny youtube videos like this...

spent last weekend at the dew tour catching up with some old friends and watching a bunch of kids do amazing things in the air. the event was at snowbasin, by far one of the nicest if not the nicest resort i have ever been to. we are talking marble in the bathroom and chandeliers in the cafeteria, no joke. at any rate, enjoy the pics, the event was great and the course was amazing thanks to the snowparktech crew.

have some new stuff out there in corduroy magazine. this is something rome/holden/ashbury/afewotherradbrands rep pete harvieux put together, not for a big pay check or any pay check for that matter, just for the love. just to let people know that cool stuff does go down in the midwest in the snow, skate and art world. thanks to pete for doing this, because i am not sure anyone else would. got a few shots in there, if you can get your hands on a copy check it out, if not, follow the corduroy blog and realize people do cool things all over the place and more often then not make the best of what they have.
