so i am getting real anxious to go ride and even more anxious to go shoot some pics of riding. it has been snowing in cleveburg and the local hill, alpine valley (see photos in the nov 4th post) is now open. still just shooting stuff around town, check 'em out below.

the 2008 nikita chickita is going down in mammoth feb 9th. should be a good time, if you are not a dude and you enjoy snowboard trickery, you should think about signing up as well as just checking out. if you are a dude, you should just come check it out...

have not posted in a bit, sorry about that. been kinda busy and not taking photos. but today i could not help myself, ice storm makes for a shitty morning commute but also makes for some interesting pics...
by the way, go see no country for old men, it is amazing. honestly amazing.

cleveland field trips

went to the west side market on saturday to take some pictures and make a meal. with my culinary knowledge being a little on the soft side, ashley took over for me there and left me up to snapping some shots of a cleveland landmark. if you are ever in cleveland or you live there and have never been... go to the west side market. it is exactly what you want a huge city market to be like, people haggling over price, fresh fruits and vegis, obscure cuts of meat, and of course in northeast ohio, pierogies. don't know what a pierogie is? go to poland or come to cleveland. depending on where you are it will more then likely be a bit cheaper to come to cleveland. have fun and enjoy...

north east south west... again

so i was wrong about sean kearns he was a filmer not director of the movie, but i am into anything boozy the clown works on... i watched it today in my car on my ipod when it was raining and i could not work outside... it was rad, different then the regular snowboard movie. besides the riders segments they have four different trips the team went on together, to the north, east, south and west... thus the name i guess... at any rate it is a fun way to see a season.
ps i want to ride like pat moore, and i am not just saying that because of my ties to wv, pat or deb... he is just that good and always a pleasure to watch... check the film out, check pat out, check the whole foursquare team out...

check out the new film from foursquare, north south east west... i have downloaded it but believe it or not i have not had time to watch it yet. it is directed by sean kearns though who has a bit of experience making snowboard movies, so that is why i am willing to say check it out before actually checking it out myself... that movie is available from iTunes, so for a $1.99 you really can't go that wrong... watch the the teaser below...
